Randalls Measurement Privacy Notice

This notice applies to Randalls Measurement, the private reporting integration operated by Salient Marketing for Randall’s. It describes the integration’s handling of Google account data. It does not replace the privacy policy for shopping on randalls.ca.
Information accessed
With your authorization, the integration accesses your Google account email address to confirm the signed-in account; Google Analytics property information, event configuration and reports; Google Ads account information, campaign and conversion configuration and performance reports; and Search Console property information and search-performance reports. Access is limited by the permissions your Google account already has.
Analytics and Search Console use read-only permissions. Google Ads uses Google’s required advertising-account permission, which includes management capabilities. The current integration exposes reporting tools only. It does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google Contacts.
Purpose and use
Data is used to produce and check Randall’s website, search and advertising reports, understand recorded customer actions, and support authorized marketing analysis. The integration is not used to sell Google account data or to train general-purpose AI models.
Storage and access
OAuth credentials are stored in a protected local configuration on the authorized operator’s computer, outside the public website. Reports and configuration notes may be stored in local work files and in the operator’s Codex chat history. Access to those files and accounts is limited to authorized personnel and the service providers used to deliver the reporting workflow.
Service providers and sharing
The integration sends authorized requests to Google’s APIs. Selected report results and related configuration information may be processed by OpenAI’s Codex to answer reporting questions and prepare analysis, under the applicable account settings and service terms. Authorized Randall’s and Salient Marketing personnel may review the resulting reports. The integration does not publish account reports or credentials on these public information pages.
Retention, revocation and deletion
Credentials are kept while the connection is in use. Report files and chat records are kept while needed for reporting and account administration, until deleted by the authorized operator under the relevant storage service’s controls. You can revoke the connection at any time in Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically erase reports already saved. Contact us to request deletion of the credentials and stored reports under our control.
